We want you to be completely satisfied with your SwipeSights purchase. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for premium credit purchases made through our payment provider, Paddle.

1. How Premium Credits Work

SwipeSights premium features are unlocked using premium credits. Credits are purchased as either a single credit or a 3-credit pack. Each credit is used to upgrade one trip to premium status, unlocking all premium features for every member of that trip.

  • Credits are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
  • Credits never expire and remain in your account until used.
  • A credit is considered "used" once it has been applied to upgrade a trip.
  • Once a trip is upgraded, the credit cannot be reclaimed or transferred.

2. 14-Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee

Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked.

If you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, you will receive a full refund of the total amount paid. This applies regardless of whether you have used any credits or not. No conditions, no exceptions.

  • Applies to all purchases: single credits and multi-credit packs.
  • No reason required. Simply contact us and your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3. Refunds After 14 Days - Unused Credits

After the 14-day unconditional window, you can still request a refund for unused credits within 30 days of purchase.

  • Fully unused credits: Full refund of the purchase price.
  • Partially used pack: Used credits are charged at the full individual credit price, and you are refunded the difference.

Example - One credit used from a 3-pack (after 14 days):

You buy the 3-credit pack for $12. You use 1 credit. You request a refund on day 20.

  • 1 used credit charged at full price: $5
  • Refund amount: $12 - $5 = $7 refunded

4. Refund Timeframe Summary

0-14 days:Full unconditional refund, no questions asked, regardless of credit usage.
14-30 days:Refund available for unused credits. Partially used packs refunded at the difference between pack price and individual credit price for used credits.
After 30 days:Reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We aim to process all approved refunds within 5-10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and bank.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your SwipeSights account email address.
  • The approximate date of purchase.
  • Whether any credits have been used, and if so, how many.
  • The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve).

7. Payment Provider

All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. In some cases, Paddle may contact you directly regarding the refund process.

8. Exceptions

The 14-day unconditional refund guarantee has no exceptions. All refund requests made within 14 days of purchase will be honored in full.

For refund requests made after 14 days, refunds may be denied in the following circumstances:

  • Fraudulent or abusive refund requests.
  • Accounts that have been terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase (unless otherwise required by law).

9. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. If your jurisdiction provides stronger consumer protection or cooling-off periods, those rights apply in addition to this policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the update.
