We want you to be completely satisfied with your SwipeSights purchase. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for premium credit purchases made through our payment provider, Paddle.
SwipeSights premium features are unlocked using premium credits. Credits are purchased as either a single credit or a 3-credit pack. Each credit is used to upgrade one trip to premium status, unlocking all premium features for every member of that trip.
Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked.
If you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, you will receive a full refund of the total amount paid. This applies regardless of whether you have used any credits or not. No conditions, no exceptions.
After the 14-day unconditional window, you can still request a refund for unused credits within 30 days of purchase.
Example - One credit used from a 3-pack (after 14 days):
You buy the 3-credit pack for $12. You use 1 credit. You request a refund on day 20.
We aim to process all approved refunds within 5-10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and bank.

All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. In some cases, Paddle may contact you directly regarding the refund process.
The 14-day unconditional refund guarantee has no exceptions. All refund requests made within 14 days of purchase will be honored in full.
For refund requests made after 14 days, refunds may be denied in the following circumstances:
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. If your jurisdiction provides stronger consumer protection or cooling-off periods, those rights apply in addition to this policy.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the update.
